A 38 year old man in Chiti Mukulu village in Mungwi District has been lynched for attempting to rape a 60 year old woman.
Justina Nkole who confirmed the incident last evening named the suspect as Paul Bwalya who she said attempted to rape the named woman in broad day light at Chiti Mukulu market.
Ms. Nkole says the woman was only saved by an angry mob which rescued her from the man after pouncing on him.
