A civic leader in Kanyama Constituency has expressed anger with some officials in his ward who have illegally allocated part of the land at Makeni Villa Clinic.
Kanyama ward 10 councilor Brighton Bilumba has since vowed to reposes the land in question from people who have illegally acquired it.
And Mr Bilumba has also warned some members of the Ward Development Committee who are believed to have illegally sold the land to a named foreign national to desist from such habits adding that the law will soon catch up with them.
The civic leader says he has since reported the matter to the police who have warned and cautioned the person who has encroached on part of the land at the new health centre.
Makeni villa health post is one of the 650 health posts government is constructing across the country.
