A traditional leader in Mpulungu District has bemoaned the lack of development in his chiefdom.
Chief Chinakila made the remarks in a telephone interview saying the area has lagged behind in development citing the lack of clean and safe drinking water, poor road network, and inadequate classrooms and teachers houses at Chinakila Day Secondary School.
He also adds that his chiefdom yearns to witness the much needed development as it is the case in other places.
Chief Chinakila further reveals that the community has mobilized upfront material towards the construction of a classroom block at Chinakila Day Secondary School.
