Some Lusaka residents have welcomed the National Health Insurance Bill that has now become law.
Speaking in separate interviews with Komboni Radio News, the residents have noted that the Bill will help improve the provision health services in the country.
The residents further noted that the Health Insurance Bill will also allow the poor in society to have access to quality health care services.
Recently, Republican Presidents Edgar Lungu signed into law the National Health Insurance Bill.
Act no 2 of 2018 signed by President Lungu establishes the National Health Insurance scheme that will ensure that all Zambians have equitable access to health care irrespective of their status in society.
