Beautiful Gates Organisation Founder Bill Kapinga has expressed deep concern over the increasing number of street children in Kitwe.

In an interview with Komboni news, Mr. Kapinga attributes the situation to the church’s neglect of these children, claiming they are overlooked because they don’t offer tangible benefits.

He is therefore calling on the church to take responsibility for the welfare of street children.

He suggests introducing soup kitchens as a practical way to show care and support.

Mr. Kapinga stresses that a joint effort from the church, government, and civil society is necessary to provide street children with the care and support they need.
