Concerned Kitwe District resident Geoffrey Musonda has called for closer monitoring of residents engaged under the Cash for Work program.
Speaking in an interview with komboni news, Mr. Musonda emphasized that regular monitoring is essential to ensure that beneficiaries are performing their duties efficiently.
He believes that the Kitwe City Council should prioritize monitoring and evaluation to hold beneficiaries accountable for their performance.
He adds that effective monitoring systems would improve the program’s effectiveness and ensure that beneficiaries are productive and efficient.
