Luanshya Central Constituency Member of Parliament Lusale Simbao had bemoaned the lack of quality works with some of the projects done under his Constituency.

Speaking in Luanshya when Copperbelt Province Minister Elisha Matambo addressed the Media prior to the commissioning of a rehabilitated road and installation of streetlights in the central business district, Mr. Simbao said it was disappointing to get below quality projects when there are enough resources at the disposal of local authorities.

And in response to the concerns, Copperbelt Province Minister Elisha Matambo stated that the current regime does not intend to compromise on quality and urged the area MP to scrutinize the contractors in question, offer them a second chance to rectify their errors but part ways if nothing better is done.
