A 28 year old man of Ndola’s Kabushi Compound identified as Nathan Kapya has allegedly been murdered by a 19 year old man identified as Haggai Chobola of the same compound

Facts in brief are that on 2nd day of January, 2025 around 14:15 hours. The deceased was at home when he picked an argument with a relative to the suspect identified as Dynas Chobola and in the process insults were exchanged which made the suspect who was present at the time to be very annoyed and approached the now deceased and started beating the deceased using kicks and fists all over the body and caused him to suddenly fell to the ground and he immediately became unconscious.

The victim was quickly rushed to Kabushi clinic were the medical personnel examined him and certified him dead on arrival.

Police rushed to the clinic and inspected the deceased body and observed that the deceased had sustained a swollen head.The body was later conveyed to Ndola Central Hospital awaiting post mortem to ascertain the cause of death. Docket opened and an arrest has been made.
