Some youths in Mufulira District on the Copperbelt Province have lamented that it is meaningless for the government to provide skills to the youths through the CDF skills training bursaries without creating jobs.

Speaking in an interview with komboni news, One of the youths Laban Musaka explained that the acquired skills will not be appreciated by the youths since government has failed to provide them with employment where the acquired skills are supposed to be exercised.

Another youth Geoffrey Mwanza says the most convenient way for the the government to create employment among the youths especially in Mufulira district is to open up more industries with the worry that the current industries are not enough to carter for all the unemployed youths in the district
