Residents of Lusaka’s Kamanga compound are elated with the opening of the new Kamanga police post in that community.

Emmanuel Banda a resident of kamanga said the gesture to have the Kamanga police post opened could not have come at a better time than this as residents were living in fear owing to the rise in criminal activities.

And Richard Kalumba told Komboni radio news that notorious youth groups commonly referred to as Junkies had in the recent past taken center stage attacking unsuspecting members of the stressing that their acts will now be a thing of the past.

And speaking during the official commissioning of Kamanga police post, Munali member of Parliament Mike Mposha said government prioritizes the safety of members of various communities across the country.
