A looming fuel shortage in Luanshya District has left motorists in long queues with Puma Fueling Station being the only outlet supplying the commodity.
Obed Shimolo, a bus driver, expressed frustration after queuing the entire morning, saying the situation has severely disrupted his operations.
He questioned the cause of the fuel shortage and urged the government to clarify if price increase is being considered.
Similarly, Musonda Chanda, a motorist, noted that the shortage began yesterday, disrupting her work schedule as she has been forced to spend her mornings waiting in line for fuel.
Meanwhile, Queen Mhango, a resident of Roan Township, said she had been driving around the district trying to purchase fuel worth two hundred Kwacha but only managed to get some at Puma Fueling Station in the CBD.
