841 youths have graduated with various skills under CDF

841 youths have graduated with certificates in different skills from Mine Masala, Mushili and Chifubu skills training center in Ndola on the Copperbelt Province.

Speaking at a combined graduation ceremony held at mine masala skills training center in masala township, Ndola city council town clerk George Mulenga appreciated the fiscal and human support offered from central government through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) as well as TEVETA respectively.

And Ndola city mayor Jones Kaliati in a statement read on his behalf by the Chifubu ward area councilor Simon Muleba noted that the graduating students are a highlight of the efforts of the Ndola city council adding that among the many responsibilities of the local authority has, is skills development.

And the Copperbelt province minister who was the guest of honor, in a speech read on his behalf by Copperbelt province permanent secretary Mr. Augustine Kasongo noted that there has been a 40 percent increase in the enrolment at skills center, attributing the rapid increase to the increase in CDF allocation.
