A 37 year old man of Zingalume compound has committed suicide in unclear circumstances.
Wife to the deceased Maureen Nakawala has identified the husband as Dickson Daka.
Mrs Daka narrated to a Komboni Radio News crew which rushed to the scene that her husband was discovered hanging in the bedroom by the sister around 11 hours.
She however says the motive behind the suicide is not clear but was quick to state that the deceased was in the habit of talking about taking his life as challenges were becoming unbearable.
The body of the deceased has since been picked up by the police.
He is survived by one child and a wife.
Meanwhile, the neighbors have expressed sadness over the development and have urged men in the community to desist from committing suicide whenever they are faced with challenges in life.
