Zambians for Empowerment and Development (ZED) Party has condemned the recent attacks at the Law Association of Zambia Secretariat by PF cadres.

Party spokesperson Wesley Miyanda says the reported attacks at LAZ are a clear indication that lawlessness and political acrimony are still at their highest peak in the country.
Mr Miyanda has observed that there is still a lot of work which needs to be done by political leaders to ensure that youths are contained to avoid unnecessary animus.
He has charged that if the situation is left unchecked, it may generate into indescribable havoc in the country.
The ZED spokesperson says LAZ is an association that should not be associated with politics at all and has applauded the Zambia police for responding swiftly to arrest the situation.
On Friday, some cadres from the ruling PF protested at the Law Association of Zambia Secretariat.
The cadres who were carrying placards denouncing LAZ President Linda Kasonde for her alleged pro opposition stance demanded that she resigns from LAZ.
