UNZASSA Darts club have continued with their steady rise from the relegation Zone in the Lusaka District Darts Premier league after they recorded their second victory in the 2017 season.

The University of Zambia based Darts side who were last week held to a 10-10 stalement at home picked up maximum points when they defeated fellow struggling ZASTI 6-14 in a week 12 fixture.

UNZASSA who are ranked 17th on the table have now picked up 8 points from 11 games played this season with a game in hand.

Defending Champions Green Eagles brushed aside their first loss of the season which they suffered last week and ensured that they picked up maximum points when they defeated Red Arrow 8-12 in another week 12 fixture.

Green Eagles who are the current log leaders have now picked up 30 points, 5 better than second placed Red Light who also recorded a victory over the weekend when they defeated visiting Turtle Snippers 12-8.

In other week 12 results played over the weekend in the Lusaka District Darts Premier League, third placed City won 12-8 against Chilanga while Nampundwe lost 8-12 at home to AKA.

Elsewhere, Kanyama were also beaten 8-12 at home by Ohlssons, Banja won 14-6 against KEPS, ZAM AIRPORT 14-Chapetwa 6, Lusaka Tigers 8-Cholembedwa 12 while the game involving State House and Ndeke was postponed.
