The National Action for Quality Education in Zambia (NAQEZ) has commended the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) for devising a new system of allowing government Teaches to pay for practicing certificates in installments through the payroll system(PMEC).
Organization Executive Director Aaron Chama says this development will enable more than 110,000 teachers to pay for practicing certificates without difficulties.

And Mr Chama has appealed to all private schools in Zambia to engage the Teaching Commission in order to come up with flexible payment systems for private school teachers.
He notes that teachers in private schools are suffering and this is the only practical way they will manage to obtain practicing licences.
