A suspected witch believed to be between 55 and 60 years old has allegedly crash landed in Livingstone’s ZESCO compound.
Southern Province Police Commissioner Bonnie Kapeso who has confirmed the development to Komboni radio news says the incident happened last night around 23:30 hours.
The victim who has been identified as Lumayi Nasilele was discovered naked and in a confused state.
Mr Kapeso explained that it is extremely difficult to interview the suspect as she is still in a state of confusion and unable to talk.
He says the suspect will be charged with conduct likely to cause the breach of peace as soon as she regains her consciousness.
