SOUTH PF CASTIGATES OPPOSITION TRYING TO OUST PF GOVT

The Patriotic Front (PF) in Southern Province has castigated opposition political leaders who want to use the fourth coming National Dialogue as an opportunity to oust the Patriotic Front (PF) from power.

PF Southern Province Information and Publicity Secretary Trymore Mweenda it is unfortunate that some opposition leaders want to advocate for a transitional government during the dialogue process.

Mr Mweenda has charged that the Zambian constitution does not provide for a transitional government when the mandate of an elected government is still intact.

He stressed that in as much as the Patriotic Front does not take such political leaders seriously, it is imperative to state that bitterness and fantasy will not help them in anyway.

Mr Mweenda further charged that it is illogical for some political leaders who are running what he termed as a one man entity to be shamelessly and desperately seeking jobs by thinking that advocating for a transitional government will give them an opportunity to dine with the opposition United Party for National Development (UPND).

The PF Southern Province Information and Publicity Secretary has since advise such opposition political leaders to keep quiet if they have nothing tangible to offer on the dialogue process.
