Mpulungu ward 23 Councilor Christopher Shakafuswa has warned residents of Kabanana compound to desist from buying illegal land near the rail line.
Speaking in an interview with komboni Radio News, Mr Shakafuswa warned of stern action against those that will be found allocating land illegally.
He has since advised residents who may have acquired land illegally near the rail line not to waste their resources as the structures will be demolished.
