RESIDENTS OF CHIMBALA AREA IN NDOLA URGED TO IDENTIFY LAND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CLINIC

Kabushis’   MUNKULUNGWE ward councilor Agness Chomba has appealed to residents of Chimbala area in Ndola to come together and identify land where a clinic can be constructed.

Ms. Chomba says commencement of construction works of a health facility in the area has been delayed by the resident’s failure to agree on the place where the clinic can be constructed.

She says a piece of land that was earlier identified has been a subject of discussion as a resident of Chimbala is claiming ownership.

Ms. Chomba says it will be sad if the ministry of health decides to take the health post elsewhere owing to the continued controversy on where the clinic should be constructed.

The civic leader has since called on the residents in her ward to speak with one voice.
