RESIDENTS CALL FOR THE EXPANSION OF BAULENI CLINIC

BY NELLY BOTA

Residents of Bauleni compound have called for the expansion of the local health centre.

And the residents have also called for the deployment of more health personnel in order to decongest the clinic.

Mr. John Kangwa says there is need for government to consider expanding Bauleni Clinic and deploy more health workers in order to carter for the growing population of people in that community.

Mr Kangwa complained that the current situation is demotivating as people have to queue up as early as 05 hours and only to be attended to around 16 hours due to lack of enough manpower.

And Susan Phiri, also a resident of Bauleni compound also called on the authorities to build a new ablution block and other facilities at the local clinic.
