Small scale Poultry farmers in Lusaka have expressed happiness over the reduction in the prices of feed.

The poultry farmers have told Komboni radio news in an interview that they are happy that prices of feed have finally been reduced following public outcry from the farmers.

The farmers lamented that last year they were forced to downsize the number of chickens for rearing because of the hiked prices of feed which proved to be a huge burden.

One of the farmers Albert Kalenda says his now optimistic that his business will improve because he will be able to make a good profit.
