MOTORISTS URGE COUNCIL TO REMARK KAFUE AND CAIRO ROADS

Concerned motorists in Lusaka have called on the Lusaka City Council to remark the Kafue and Cairo roads.

Speaking in an interview with to Komboni radio news, a taxi driver only identified as Mr Ndalama says there is need for the local authority to ensure that the said roads have visible road marking in order to curb road accidents.

Mr Ndalama has noted with concern that most road traffic accidents that are being recorded are as a result of invisible road signs especially to visitors who are not familiar with the roads in Lusaka.

Another motorist who echoed similar sentiments has since urged the Lusaka City Council to ensure that they conduct regular markings of roads in the city in order to protect the lives or motorists and other road users.
