A youth activist in Mkushi District of Central Province has expressed disappointment over the delayed construction of roads in that district.
Bright Mumba has charged that most of the roads in the district are in a dilapidated state and nothing seems to be done to address the issue.
Mr Mumba has wondered why the construction of roads has delayed despite seeing the contractors on site.
He has since appealed to the area Member of Parliament to lobby government for developmental projects in Mkushi District.
