A family of 13 in Lusaka’s Misisi compound has been left homeless after their house was demolished by a named person following the land dispute.
And Mr Samson Hamatowe who is the victim says his family is living in fear as the named person who is claiming ownership of the house has threatened to kill him if he goes back to the land in question.
Mr Hamatowe narrated to a Komboni Radio News crew that visited the community that the named man has disobeyed a court order that restrained him from evicting the family until the issue is concluded.
He lamented that he had earlier reported the matter to the local leadership and the police but all in vain.
And efforts to get in touch with the named man who has demolished the house in question proved futile as his mobile phone was unreachable by broadcast time.
