A man believed to be in his 30s is feared to have died outside a named bakery at City Market in Lusaka.
Eye witnesses disclosed to a Komboni Radio News crew which rushed to the scene that the victim who has only been identified as Chabala was an alcohol vendor at the said market.
The eye witnesses narrated that the victim was this morning found gasping for breath by his friends and efforts to resuscitate him failed.
They suspect that the deceased could have died as a result of over drinking alcohol.
Meanwhile, the residents have condemned the police for delaying to respond to emergencies on time.
By broadcast time the body of the deceased had not yet been picked up by the police.
