Residents of Lusaka’s Mandevu compound have bemoaned the congestion that has continued to characterize the local health centre in that community.

Ms Stella Banda has complained to Komboni Radio News that long queues at Mandevu Clinic have become the order of the day.

Ms Banda disclosed that patients queue up at the health facility as early as 06 hours and only to be attended to in the late afternoons owing to lack of enough health personnel.

Another resident only identified as Bana Kunda who also expressed concern over the long queues at the health facility has since appealed to the ministry of health to consider recruiting more health personnel at the centre.
