Residents of Kaunda square Stage Two have called on the Lusaka City Council to provide skip bins in the community.
The residents have complained that lack of garbage disposal bins has resulted in some residents to throw their waste in undesignated places.
They have since appealed to their area councilor to lobby the local authority for garbage disposal bins in order to promote sanity in the community.
