National Democratic Congress (NDC) youths in Lusaka have called for the immediate expulsion Mwenya Musenge from the party for what they have called gross misconduct.
NDC Lusaka Province Chairman Kennedy Siyanda has charged that Dr Chishimba Kambwili remains the Party’s Consultant and the endorsed candidate for the 2021 Presidential elections.
Mr Siyanda says the party is intact and in full support of the Roan Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili.
He also disclosed that the party it is expected to hold a Central Committee meeting on Friday to chart the way forward.
Another youth leader Marvellous Siame charged that the expulsion of Mr Kambwili as announced by the NDC secretary general is null and void.
Earlier NDC Party Secretary General Mwenya Musenge announced the expulsion of the Roan Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili from the Party.
Mr Musenge said Mr Kambwili’s expulsion has come as a result of the recent happenings in the Party.
He charged that Mr Kambwili has also proven to be difficulty to work with and advise on anything.
