Kabwata ward 6 Councilor Longa Chiboboka has warned of stern action against residents who have continued to indiscriminately dump garbage in Kabwata site and service.
Mr Chiboboka says he has noted with concern that some residents in the area have continued to dispose-off garbage in undesignated areas.
He has since warned that those that will be found wanting risk being prosecuted at the Fast Track court.
The civic leader has also reminded members of the community to continue taking part in the keep Zambia clean and green campaign.
