Some workers at Jan Japan Limited have bemoaned the alleged poor working conditions at the company.
The workers who sort anonymity for fear of victimization complained to Komboni Radio News that they are made to work without protective cloths and forced to work for long hours without being given over time allowances.
The workers say that they have on several occasions engaged their supervisor on the matter but nothing has been done to address their concerns.
The angry workers have since appealed to government to intervene in the matter and ensure that employers pay their workers decent salaries that will enable them to provide for their families.
And efforts to get a comment from the owner of the company failed as he is reportedly out of the country.
