HEALTH MINISTER CHALLENGED TO IMPROVE SERVICE DELIVERY AT LEVY HOSPITAL

The Movement for National Transformation (MNT) has challenged Minister of Health Dr. Chitalu Chilufya to ensure that there is quality provision of health services at Levy Mwanawasa General Hospital.
MNT President Daniel Shimunza has bemoaned what he alleged as poor health services being provided at Levy Mwanawasa General Hospital and cited the limited bed space as some of the issues that need to be addressed.
Pastor Shimunza also claimed that there are no X-Ray services at the said hospital and patients are referred to Chelston clinic and Chainama hospital for such services.
He has noted with concern that the poor services in public health facilities have continued to deny citizens access to quality medical attention.
