Mwembeshi ward 27 councilor Kelvin Kaunda has appealed to government to expedite the opening of the two health posts and the police post in his ward to avoid vandalism.
In an interview with Komboni radio news, Mr Kaunda disclosed to Komboni Radio News that people have already started to vandalize the newly constructed infrastructure.
Mr Kaunda explained that the health posts and police post in his ward have already been completed and are just waiting to be handed over to the community.
The civic leader has since warned residents to desist from vandalizing public infrastructures or risk being arrested.
