A Concerned Lusaka resident has called on the government to ban the advertisements of services provided by witch-finders in newspapers and other public media.
Stephen Habwacha has told Komboni radio news that the continued exposure of witchcraft is against Christian principles that the country has ascribed to.
Habwacha has charged that adverts such as making people rich could have contributed to the ritual killings that the country has recorded in the past.
The concerned citizen has stressed the need for government to perfect the Christian nation declaration by ensuring that the activities that are against biblical principles are discouraged.
Habwacha has since urged the church to continue praying for the nation and ensure that it gives sound spiritual guidance.
