The United Party for National Development-UPND in Northern Province has called upon the Provincial Administration to explain why most pronounced projects have either stalled or delayed to commence.
Party regional Information and Publicity Secretary, Everisto Bwalya charged that the excuse of rains is not satisfactory seeing that in other provinces major works are on-going.
He cited the Chingola-Solwezi road, Township roads in Mkushi, Central Province as some of the projects being implemented amidst the rain season.
