GOVERNMENT URGED TO ALSO EXTEND THE CRACK DOWN TO LOCAL PROPHETS WITH QUESTIONABLE CHARACTERS

Zambia National Marketeers Credit Association (ZANAMACA) Chairman Frank Kameya has called on the Ministry of Religious Affairs to work with the community and identify local fake prophets that have continued to mislead innocent citizens with wrong teachings.

Mr. Kameya has urged the Ministry of Religious Affairs not to only concentrate on blocking foreign prophets with questionable characters from coming into the country but should also ensure that local Preachers are also screened.

Speaking in an interview with Komboni Radio News today, the ZANAMACA Chairman emphasized on the need for government to ensure that churches and preachers operating in the country are guided by the sound doctrines which are anchored on biblical principles.

Recently, government blocked a controversial Zimbabwean self-proclaimed prophet Hubert Angel from entering the country where he was scheduled to hold meetings
