An unidentified girl believed to be between 15 and 18 years old has been discovered dead behind an incomplete building in Lusaka’s Garden House area.
In an interview with a Komboni Radio News Crew that visited the community, the residents narrated that the victim is not from the community but from elsewhere.
They disclosed that the deceased was found with scars on her face and suspect that she was being dragged before they left her in the unfinished building.
Meanwhile, the residents have expressed concern over the number of unfinished buildings in the area.
The residents regret that these buildings have become breeding grounds for criminals.
