Residents of Casanova in Lusaka’s Chelstone area have expressed concern over the continued abuse of drugs by underage children.
In interview with Komboni radio news, Ricky Ngoma says it is unfortunate that children have continued of abuse drugs at the expense of learning at school.
Mr Ngoma complained that these children become unruly after abusing drugs and insult innocent members if the public.
The residents have since appealed to the relevant authorities to deal with the issue of drug abuse among children if the country is to have a generation of responsible children.
