General workers at Coptic Hospital along Manchinchi road have downed tools demanding for improved working conditions.
And the workers have complained that they work without safety attire and when one gets injured on duty they are not compensated or assisted by management.
They further complained that they have been working without contracts and have since appealed to government though the ministry of labour to intervene in the matter.
And efforts to get a comment from management failed by broadcast time.
