Parents in Chaisa compound have bemoaned the continued abuse of alcohol by underage children in the community.
A parent only identified as bana kulu Grace expressed displeasure at the way children are drinking alcohol and patronizing bars at the expense of being in school.
Bana kulu Grace has castigated bar owners who are admitting underage children in the name of making money.
And another parent Pamela Chibwe has appealed to the area councilor to ensure that bar operators operate within the confines of the law.
Ms Chibwe has noted with regret that most bars in the community operate outside the stipulated time a move she says must not be allowed to continue.
