CHAISA MARKET COMMITTEE URGED TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION

Traders at Chaisa cooperative market have called on the Market committee to acquire a vehicle for garbage collection.

In an interview with Komboni Radio News, Mr Felix Mulenga says the uncollected Garbage at the market is posing danger to the health of traders.

He notes that the situation if left unchecked may results in the outbreak of diarrhea diseases hence the need for the market committee to purchase a vehicle for garbage collection.

And another trader only identified as Kalwimba has appealed to the market leadership to engage traders on a regular basis in order to find solutions to some of the challenges being faced in the market such as uncollected garbage and security concerns among others.

And efforts to get a comment from the Market Executive Committee Chairman failed as he was not available by broadcast time.
