A Civic leader in Kasama has advised youths to be more productive in order to access and utilize Government empowerment opportunities.
Lukupa ward Councillor Thandizani Mbewe says that youths should not just complain about unemployment levels but learn to utilize the natural resources.
Councilor Mbewe says if youths venture in projects such as farming and fishing, it will be easy for Government to identify and empower them.
Most Youths have complained over the lack of empowerment from government.
