Mwembeshi ward 27 Councilor Kelvin Kaunda has advised bars owners in Zingalume compound to comply with the provisions of liquor licensing Act and other regulations governing the sale of alcohol.
In an interview with Komboni Radio News, Mr Kaunda has warned that people flouting the set regulation on the sale of alcohol risk having their businesses shut down.
The civic leader has further cautioned bar owners against admitting under-age patrons saying those found wanting will be prosecuted.
