An unidentified man was this morning discovered dead in Kanyama’s Banda Masauko area.
A resident disclosed to Komboni radio news that the he found the deceased near a Kiosk as he was trying to fetch water in the morning.
The residents suspect that the unidentified man was murdered by criminals at night.
The body of the deceased has since been picked up by officers from Kanyama police.
Meanwhile, the residents have expressed anger over the continued murder cases being recorded in the area.
The residents have since called on the police command to deploy more officers in the area in order to curb crime and safeguard the lives of residents.
