The girl who was discovered around 12 hours by another boy of the same area is believed to have fallen in the said ditch yesterday morning.
A family member Theresa Sondashi identified the deceased girl as carol Kabimba.
Meanwhile, residents of Kanyama compound have expressed disappoint by the continued delays by the police to respond swiftly when such incidents are reported to them.
