A 40 year-old man of Mungwi District has been arrested for defiling and impregnating his 13 year-old step daughter.
Northern Province Police Commissioner, Richard Mweene who confirmed the development has identified the suspect as Davis Mubanga.
Mr Mweene states that the incident occurred between August and October 2018.
The Northern Province Police Chief has since implored on parents in the country to protect their girl children as opposed to abusing them.
